Custom Print F.A.Q's

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, cheque and bank transfer.  In the case of payment by cheques we must wait until our bank clear your cheque before your items can ship. Payment is due when services are rendered. We only extend terms to clients after 90 days in good standing. 

 

Is a deposit required?

Yes, as your items are custom printed for you we cannot commit to print any garment until a 30% deposit has been received. The remaining 70% balance is due on completion of your order.

What type of printing is offered?

We offer Direct to Garment (DTG), traditional silk screen printing, digital transfer printing, dye sublimation printing, vinyl transfer and embroidery. The type of printing offered is usually determined by the quantity of garments you require. i.e If you are looking for under 50 garments we will normally use DTG printing, if above 50 and limited colours then your order may be more suited for screen printing. In all cases we will discuss your requirements and suggest the most suitable print type for you.

Is there a set up charge?

Yes, there is a €25 (ex VAT) file set up charge on all orders. In the event of a repeat order then set up fees are exempt.

What's the minimum number of garments I can get?

The minimum number of garments required is 10 pieces per garment i.e 10 t-shirts, 10 hoodies, 10 sweatshirts etc.

What about VAT?

All orders within the Rep of Ireland are subject to VAT at 23% with the exception of children’s garments up to and including age 12yrs. International orders are VAT exempt.

Can I change my order?

Yes, up to the point of accepting you mock up changes can be made by request. However once mock ups have been signed off and accepted and new changes will be treated as a new order.

What file types are accepted?

The better the quality of your artwork the better the quality of your printed garment. We will only accept print ready artwork, acceptable file type extensions are high resolution (min 300dpi+) TIFF, PSD, and vector .AI or .EPS. We are not responsible for any customer issues with artwork supplied.

What if I don't have a good quality logo?

We can re draw your logo in clean sharp vector format perfect for print. Design charges of €65 ex VAT per hour will apply and you will be advised how long it should take upon seeing your logo. A vector version of your logo will be supplied to you thereafter for your own files.

Can I supply my own garments?

No. We cannot be responsible for any damage that may result in printing garments supplied. We will only print on our own garments. We have a extensive garment supplier list and can usually supply most garment types.

Can you pantone match?

Yes, however we will only pantone match for screen printed garments above a quantity of 50 pieces and where pantone references have been supplied by the client. In cases of orders printed by digital and DTG print we will do our absolute best to colour match as closely as possible.

What about a warranty?

While we stand over our products and their quality with a warranty and do our best to colour match your logo please bear in mind that your custom print order is just that, custom printed and is non refundable due to the amount of time and preparation that goes into producing your order. We always go the extra bit for our customers but if we feel we have made a mistake we will make it right with no hesitation.

How quick can I get my order?

Our normal turnaround time on all orders is 4-5 working days on receipt of 30% deposit and acceptance of mock up.

Is there an express service?

Unfortunately due to the time it takes to produce a custom printed order it’s not something that can be rushed but please do get in touch as we’ll alway do our best to help and hate to say no. Any express orders will carry an express charge of €100 and extra shipping (where required).
